Outside our small safe place flies Mystery... A snake beneath the forest floor, a whisper: Melusine

I almost forgot to add these pix!  Here is Lola in the window.  Even though she is a mannequin head, she takes on a life-like appearance with her eyes directed upwards, as if she is really watching the rain storm roll in.

It's that time of year again, when the sky turns cloudy with rain and rumbles with thunder.
Only to make and keep the green again!
Storms make me nervous, but I will deal with the rain better than the snow.
